Don't worry, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us, in its original unused & unworn condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

 

Returns Procedure


Return in store:
Simply bring the item and order receipt along to our store in Westport. You can exchange or return for a full refund (processed via Original payment method).

Postal Returns:
Prior to posting, you must contact the shop via email hello@thedressingroomwestport.com or phone 098 27985 with your order number. Then send your return via post to: Returns, The Dressing Room Westport, Unit 9, Bridge Street Westport, Co Mayo, F28XK266, Ireland.

All returns should be processed within 14 working days. If you do not hear from us within this time frame then please track your item and if it shows that it was received then please contact our customer care team as there may be a reason we could not contact you or an issue with the return.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged such as Jewellery. There is a strict no return policy on earrings for hygiene reasons.

All returns should be processed within 7 working days. If you do not hear from us within this time frame then please track your item and if it shows that it was received then please contact our customer care team as there may be a reason we could not contact you or an issue with the return.

Sale Items: On reduced items, we will offer an exchange or online credit only, within 7 days of receipt.

* Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Deposits


We accept deposits on all items €100 and over. We require an initial payment of 25% of the purchase price, then you can choose from 2 options:

  1. A minimum of €30 paid weekly until balance is cleared
  2. Two weeks from the initial date full balance must be paid and item collected

You may place more than one item on deposit.
